WHAT IS THE CLOUD9 PROCESS?
Utilizing the Cloud9 platform is a very easy process. Just choose the therapy you need, click “Start My Visit” and answer a few medical questions. Our US based doctors will then review your information and prescribe medications when appropriate. You will hear back from one of our doctors in about 24 hours. In some States, a video consultation or live chatting may be required. In those States, one of our doctors will contact you and complete your consultation via the required method.
HOW MUCH DOES CLOUD9 COST?
Most of our therapies have a one-time $25 doctor consultation. In some cases, you may be eligible for a consultation at no-cost, such as Erectile Dysfunction (The Dollar-A-Day Club). If medication therapy is appropriate, you will be able to purchase it through the Cloud9 platform at far lower costs than other sites and even cheaper than your local pharmacy.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY MEDICATION?
You will only be charged for your medication once approved, if appropriate by one of our doctors. You will then be billed quarterly (every 90 days) for your medications once shipped moving forward.
CAN I USE MY HEALTH INSURANCE?
I’m sorry but we do not accept insurance. We believe an individual's access to quality care should not depend on a third party's opinion. Cloud9 has removed the barriers traditional insurers can cause and replaced them with transparency and convenience. Our prices for your doctor consultation and medications our industry-leading and often times cheaper than using insurance.
IS IT LEGAL TO PRESCRIBE MEDICATIONS ONLINE?
Yes. Each doctor you interact with is licensed to prescribe medicine and treat patients in the state you live in. This allows you to get the medications you need, on your schedule, hassle-free.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY MEDICATION?
Once you complete the online visit, you’ll hear back from one of our US-based doctors in about 24 hours (some States require a live chat or video consultation). Medication orders will then be sent to the dispensing pharmacy and shipped via 2-day express. In total, you may have your medication in as little as 3 days.
CAN I USE MY LOCAL PHARMACY?
Of course! You can choose to use your local pharmacy and our doctors can send your prescription to them. However, the cheapest pricing and most convenient option will be through Cloud9's pharmacy, Manifest Pharmacy. We cannot guarantee drug pricing at your local pharmacy.
HOW DO I REORDER OR CANCEL?
You can login to your Cloud9 account and reorder or cancel at any time. Otherwise, you will be contacted before your medication will be refilled and billed to your credit card quarterly (every 90 days). Your medication will then be shipped via 2-day express.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY CREDIT CARD?
You can change your method of payment at any time. Just login to your Cloud9 account and follow a few simple steps.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Login to your Cloud9 account and update your shipping address at any time. Once your medication is shipped and delivered, you can change your address for all future shipments.
WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER OR MY ACCOUNT AND NEED HELP?
Just click on the “Contact Us” section and create a ticket. Our team will then review and get back to you ASAP to resolve your inquiry.
CAN I RETURN MY MEDICATIONS ONCE I RECEIVE THEM?
I’m sorry but Federal and State laws do not allow medication returns. All sales are final. If you have a specific concern, please create a ticket in the “Contact Us” section and we’ll get back with you ASAP.
DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?
No. Your medication will ship via 2-day express but a signature upon delivery is not required.
IF I’M HAVING AN EMERGENCY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In case of an emergency please call 9-1-1.
Absolutely! The only therapy that women can’t utilize is for Hair Loss. This is because the medication we offer, finasteride, is not suitable for women.
HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO USE CLOUD9?
We only treat patients who are 18 years of age and older. If you are younger than 18 years of age, please seek treatment from a local primary care physician.
WHY DO I NEED TO SUBMIT A COPY OF MY PHOTO ID AND TAKE A PICTURE OF MYSELF?
State regulations require that our medical providers see who we are treating. That is why we may ask you to take a picture of yourself and your photo ID.
